Hi. Decent, rich, white Burgundy is my choice but, if you prefer a red, one of the Cru Beaujolais (e.g. Fleurie, Morgon, Moulin a Vent). Good quality New Zealand Pinot Noir works, or for a white a NZ Pinot Gris goes well. Loads of love. C. xxxxx

I’d love to have been a spectator in that session (a week early and everything) where you’re advising the consultant on how best to mix whisky to make his life better.
