Be well too in 2022! All good things to you and your family. Thank you so much for a year of inspiration and wit and positivity. We too have an ash tree that will be cut down in the next few weeks. Husband has reframed it and is sooo excited about the many years of woodworking and crafting ahead 🙏💕

We too lost a huge and much loved tree this year. A willow which provided shade, shape and focus to the garden, where children climbed , woodpeckers drilled and squirrels and birds made homes. Its loss has been unsettling. Wishing you and yours peace at Christmas .

That's uncanny. We've just watched our ash trees come down for the same reason. And we're going to try to get the kids to watch the Bond movie with us too! Wishing you and the family a happy and peaceful Christmas. Thanks for all your words of wisdom and openness in 2021 - always inspiring and thought-provoking xx

Can you arrange for those guys to take down the English Cricket team which is also ridden by Ashes Die Back (by Root and branch?) Merry Xmas M&E

Rats....missed the obvious connection to The Ashes in my blog! You have made it for me and, like the tree, I think it is already all over for the English team... So depressing to see how bad we are at cricket... stay well Martin. xxx

We once had a beech tree taken down. When the guys came to do it, it was blowing a gale, almost a storm. Watching them work was truly something to behold. Certainly wasn’t a job for the faint hearted. Absolute respect. With best wishes for Christmas and the New Year, Charlie.
