I always tell my yogis at this time of year to 'enjoy rest'. It is not a good time to make plans but to just enjoy relaxing and connecting with those you love and love you. Gosh that sounds like a self help book - anyway throw that list away!!! No lists in this house as my 10 year old is doing her 11 plus - she is pretty much going through the same process as my 21 year old is on her graduate training job search; NVR, VR, maths, english, another test if done ok in those, interview! It is truly bonkers.
Love not lists!!! Gigantic massive hugs as always. Clare xx PS could you just give advance warning when you and Martin are on your scooters!!!!! xxxxx
ooooh how exciting! Kids love snow!! Lists are great - I couldn't live without one - just not during the short days at the end of November. All you do is add to them and never cross anything out during November!! That all changes on 1/12 when I have panic lists for Christmas...... I hope you have 'buy sledge' now at the top of your list!! Hopefully one did not go out in the skip!! Enjoy the snow and resting! x
I hope this Nu? mutation of Covid does not throw a spanner in the works of the country opening up again. I have bought a second hand mobility scooter, to add to my increasing stable of electric freedom machines.
It is capable of extended range and greater terrain handling to the extent that, unaided and wrapped in layers of thermals, I have been round the Castle grounds and Deadings wood. As you say a level of freedom is important.
Hoping the Chemo is doing its job and you are bearing the consequences.
I need to try mine on more terrains. Not sure mine would do the castle or daedas...but might be worth a try when not wet. I hope the chemo is worth it...the gain needs to be worth the pain. Stay well Martin. C
Hoping you finish your list, find the front door and get to enjoy the great outdoors!

Happy to act as wing man if you want to give it a go one day. The worst that can happen is we send for a rescue party. M
